Bumpdate Life Pregnancy

32 Week Bumpdate

32 Weeks

  • How much weight have you gained so far? My next appt isn’t until next week, & we don’t own a scale. Probaby around 20-22 pounds.
  • Must have items? Other than the things I listed last bumpdate… Probably my probiotic because pregnancy can mess with your tummy, & a fan because I’m usually warmer than everyone else.
  • Cravings? Sweets, fruit, cold refreshing drinks like orange juice & lemonade.
  • What are your pregnancy symptoms? I feel so blessed to have minimal symptoms, but the little ones that come & go are some back pain & just a tired tummy from getting stretched & kicked. Every once in a while I get hot flashes which are probably the worst of it all, but honestly, I am feeling great & loving it all!
  • Nursery? We are getting things ready very slowly, but surely. We have painted our room (the first “nursery”) as well as the actual nursery room (for when he’s older). I bought a cute black & white deer head from Hobby Lobby, & we have received some great gifts from my first baby shower. I probably shouldn’t say favorite gift, but I’m still going to… our favorite thing we have received so far is the 4moms mamaRoo! I have heard amazing things about this product, so even though we haven’t used it yet, I would recommend you put this on your registry whenever that time comes for you. :)
  • How has your sleep been? Great! PTL!
  • Do you miss anything? I think being able to bend over all the way to either put my shoes on, paint my toes, or grab something off the ground.
  • What are you most looking forward to right now? I have my 2nd baby shower coming up this weekend, which I’m so excited about. After that, I’m excited for Thanksgiving & the holiday season while being pregnant!
  • What are you most thankful for this week? I don’t know how to answer this with one answer. Almost every time I watch my belly move & feel baby kick, I say “thank you, Jesus.” We are just so grateful for this pregnancy & baby.
  • What’s on your to-do list? Our hospital tour at the beginning of December, as well as a breastfeeding class, & an infant CPR class. We need to find a pediatrician, make our birth plan, find a placenta encapsulator, organize the nursery, declutter our house (for baby stuff of course), & possibly take some prenatal yoga classes. If there are any good prenatal yoga videos online, send them my way!
